We’ve been operating as the ultimate senior home care facility since 1999.

Our staff provides exceptional care to residents of Evergreen. The family atmosphere offers companionship, security and compassionate care, paired with a fresh sense of vitality and fun!

Personal Care at Evergreen has several options to meet your specific needs. Twenty-four hour care is offered, including hospice care. Short term respite stays are also available, in furnished suites.

 

A comfortable, homelike atmosphere, the accommodations at Evergreen include large private and semi-private suites with private baths. Housekeeping and linen services are provided. Home style meals are and special diets served in a beautifully appointed dining room. A full range of activities are provided, along with scheduled transportation.

 

We also work with OSPTA Physical and Hand Therapy, who offer the following services:

 

  • Physical Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Speech Therapy
  • Home Health
  • Hospice

 

 

Waynesburg Volunteers

We have volunteers from the Waynesburg community who are bringing in trained therapy dogs, as well as making homemade food bibs for amazing residents. What a fabulous way to work with the community while enhancing resident quality of life.
